As an employee of the University of Ottawa, you may have a different employee email address than your student. Your employee`s email address should be listed in your last contract, where you can also find your employee number. You should regularly check your employee`s inbox to make sure you don`t miss any important clues. Your T4 is different from other forms (such as the T4A) available in uoAccess under « My Taxes » and related to student life (T4A, T2202A, U-Pass, RL-8). Unlike these forms, your T4 refers to your employee status and is available in My HR Profile.
