The defendant gives the plaintiff a lawyer`s cheque or cash notice in an amount corresponding to the full and final settlement of the claim. The plaintiff confirms that it has no claim against the defendant and hereby agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the defendant and all employees of the defendant from all past, present and existing liabilities. The Plaintiff hereby agrees and assumes the following service for the Defendant within 3 business days from the date of delivery of such Attorney`s Cheque or Cashiers` Order The parties have agreed to make a good faith attempt to resolve their dispute in mediation and this Settlement Agreement is entered into in connection with the mediation. Taking into account the premises for which the defendant pays the sum and the execution of the plaintiff under the conditions set out below, the parties settle the claim in the manner indicated below. .
